<p>Design and engineer global dissemination pathways routing critical operational data with minimal latency to select potential producers and users Identify technical requirements of potential producers and users Beyond FVEY and possible impacts to IBS consumers worldwide Record and document requirements, design diagrams, risks, dependencies, and timelines as applicable to select new producers and users Perform analyses of alternatives on hardware and software requirements Liaise between foreign partners, IBS-X leadership, and Executive Agent staff on issues regarding network expansion Oversee procurement and/or repair of new and current equipment with select partner nations Maintain current system cross-domain solution Radiant Mercury Required: Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance BS degree in computer science or related field 10 years of experience in design, architecture, and engineering of complex distributed intelligence information systems Specific knowledge of architecture relevant to production and use of IBS Extensive knowledge of multi-nation requirements, methods, and communication Expertise in FVEY/REL classification requirements, practices, and disclosure policies Expertise in Radiant Mercury CDS Expertise in interactive broadcast analysis Experience in pattern of life analysis</p>
