<p>PROFILE</p> <p>This position will be an integral part of the Order Management team with responsibility for order processing and client service. This role serves as a contact point/knowledge base for the sales team and internal/external clients in all aspects of administration and support.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>To manage the order cycle, process orders in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Order acknowledgement, validation/integrity check of order placing on a number of external systems. This includes DS Client Care Admin responsibilities for order processing ; communicating details to the appropriate vendors. </li><li>Process Dassault Systemes Opportunity Registrations </li><li>Ensuring accurate items are included on estimate to ensure accurate revenue recognition. </li><li>Ensure all necessary information has been included in the sales order. </li><li>Prepare and send invoices for processed orders. </li><li>Quote and manage the process of subscription renewals. </li><li>Issue renewal license keys and request client confirmation of receipt in a timely manner </li><li>Inform clients about the features and benefits of a subscription to improve renewal rates, client satisfaction, and GP. </li><li>Maintain contact throughout the renewal process to ensure we find and resolve any issues the clients may be having that have not been addressed. </li><li>Generate monthly subscription renewal reports from vendor database </li><li>Identify new business opportunities for sales and training; submitting referrals when applicable. </li><li>Submit accurate weekly forecast and activity report </li><li>Maintain required quota and activity </li><li>Any other assigned tasks or projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>An understanding of basic accountancy principles. </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Experience with ERP systems </li><li>Strong administrative organization skills </li><li>Client service experience </li><li>Accurate with attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work independently and team environment </li><li>CRM Experience is an asset but not required </li><li>Work well under pressure </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, in person and via electronics media internally and with clients </li></ul>
