<p>Overview</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the department.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Creating and implementing policies that ensure the accuracy of credits on patient accounts.</p> <p>Overseeing the staff of the revenue cycle department</p> <p>Managing work queues and staff work flows</p> <p>Communicating with insurance providers and reviewing policy changes for payers.</p> <p>Analyzing credit accounts and working with Manager on trends causing credits on an account.</p> <p>Managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings</p> <p>Train new staff along with the department manager.</p> <p>Work with the department manager on staff production and quality .</p> <p>Train staff on any performance issues.</p> <p>Specifications</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <p>Minimum of one year experience.</p> <p>Preferred/Desired</p> <p>Previous Lead or Supervisory experience within revenue cycle or contract variance .</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <p>Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
