<p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst - Procurement to join our team in Lisle.</p> <p>This role supports technology initiatives across the Procurement IT landscape, with a strong focus on Source to Contract (S2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) systems and digital procurement solutions.</p> <p>This is a hands on, execution focused individual contributor role-ideal for someone who actively performs the work rather than managing or delegating to others. Prior experience in Procurement IT and S2C/S2P processes is required.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Execute system configuration and integration activities, working closely with IT and Procurement stakeholders to deliver S2C technology capabilities across platforms such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or similar, and ensure these capabilities integrate effectively with other systems and processes. </li><li>Serve as the Lead Business Analyst for the Source to Pay value stream across multiple Procurement applications, translating procurement process needs into clear business and functional requirements. </li><li>Provide regular updates to IT and Business leadership on progress, risks, and key decisions. </li><li>Lead project teams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. </li><li>Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements. </li><li>Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and scalable IT solutions. </li><li>Document current business processes and analyze opportunities for improvement and optimization. </li><li>Work closely with Developers to ensure solutions are delivered on track and meet business requirements. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of business analyst experience </li><li>At least 1 years of lead experience </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree and at least 3 years of business analyst experience </li><li>At least 1 years of lead experience </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>At least 8 years of business analyst experience </li><li>At least 1 years of lead experience </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills</p> <ul> <li>Hands on experience with Procurement IT systems in the S2C or S2P domain is required </li><li>Experience working with procurement platforms such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar is required. </li><li>Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry; automotive industry experience is a plus </li><li>Experience with Supplier Management, including supplier scorecards and performance tracking </li><li>Experience with configurations and integrations for COTS software </li><li>Familiarity with quality related workflows and data, such as supplier qualification, supplier performance, and other supplier quality processes </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Compensation</p> <p>This position offers competitive market-based compensation, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing.
