<p>Job Title Nebraska Youth Homelessness System Improvement Project Graduate Assistant Department Hardship and Resiliency Services Essential Functions</p> <p>The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Center on Children, Families, and the Law is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) to support ongoing research, evaluation, and systems improvement projects focused on youth homelessness. This position will contribute to needs assessments, program evaluations, and data-informed planning efforts in collaboration with community partners, service providers, and public agencies.</p> <p>Work Schedule 20 hours per week Additional Duties Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current graduate student in public policy, social work, psychology, family science, public health, sociology, education, or a related field. </li><li>Strong interest in homelessness, housing equity, or public systems serving vulnerable populations. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with data collection, qualitative or quantitative analysis, or program evaluation. </li><li>Strong writing and communication skills. </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Statistical Software (i.e. SPSS, Stata, R, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
