The IT Support Specialist must be able to provide virtual and onsite technical support (troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting) and work on special projects to support installation of hardware/software.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>REQUIRED</p> <ol> <li> <p>Ability to work with others in a friendly and supportive manner</p> </li><li> <p>Have an understanding of the role of customer service in supporting all stake-holders</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive Mac OS X experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge to repair and troubleshoot laptop and desktop issues</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge to troubleshoot G-Suite Issues</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge to repair and troubleshoot ChromeBooks</p> </li><li> <p>Basic Networking</p> </li><li> <p>Wireless Networking</p> </li><li> <p>Must have vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between locations</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift at least 40 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Able to climb ladders</p> </li></ol> <p>DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED</p> <ol> <li> <p>Windows OS experience</p> </li><li> <p>3D Printer Troubleshooting</p> </li><li> <p>Telephone troubleshooting experience</p> </li><li> <p>Audio/Visual system support experience</p> </li></ol> <p>Apply Online at www.summit.k12.nj.us.
