<p>Role: Internal IT Support</p> <p>Location: Sandy, UT (In-Office)</p> <p>Reports To: Security Engineer</p> <p>The Internal IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees across the company. This role manages hardware, software, user accounts, and internal systems while assisting with IT projects, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintaining a secure and efficient technology environment.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and highly customer-focused.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with setup and maintenance of hardware: laptops (primarily Windows, some macOS), peripherals, networking equipment, and conference-room tech. </li><li>Help with user provisioning and deprovisioning across company systems (Google Workspace, internal tools, etc.). </li><li>Provide first-level technical support for employees - handling tickets, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed. </li><li>Support basic network troubleshooting and office IT infrastructure. </li><li>Maintain inventory of devices, accessories, licenses, and equipment. </li><li>Document processes, create step-by-step guides, and contribute to building internal IT knowledge. </li><li>Assist in other IT projects and company wide security training. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Professional or strong personal/academic background in tech. </li><li>Understanding of hardware troubleshooting: laptops, monitors, printers, docks, peripherals. </li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console) OR a similar admin ecosystem. </li><li>Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, and patience when working with non-technical teammates. </li><li>Basic knowledge of security practices: MFA, account hygiene, phishing awareness. </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Location: United States</p> <p>Why 401GO?</p> <p>At 401GO, we're not just changing retirement-we're reinventing it.
