Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, Urology, this person is responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology.</p> <ul> <li>This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated and capable sales professionals seeking a role where their earnings can significantly exceed the base salary through commission. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Calling on urology offices, rehab facilities, Case Management and spina bifida clinics.</p> </li><li> <p>Routing a territory which covers all of PA, Southern NJ, and N DE</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting sales presentations, in-services and developing strong relationships with case managers and discharge planners.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying & securing new customers while nurturing relationships with existing offices in the urology category.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram's products, services and Managed Care Contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with Byram's teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred but not necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years outside sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Service-based selling experience is a strong plus!</p> </li><li> <p>Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in MS Office.</p> </li><li> <p>Due to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day.</p> </li><li> <p>Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Teammate Benefits</p> <p>As an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
