This is a Hybrid role responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services and endpoint configurations, helping to ensure a secure, collaborative, and efficient IT environment. We are a diverse group of intellectually curious people, solving hard problems, and living by our core values while bonded by the shared vision to #SecureOurNation - join us!?</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft 365 Platform Management: Administer and support services including Entra, Purview, Teams, Defender, Sentinel, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune. </li><li>Endpoint Configuration & Intune Management: Deploy and manage baselines, compliance policies, and applications via Intune to standardize and secure endpoints. </li><li>Workstation Configuration & Deployment: Configure, install, and maintain workstations and peripheral devices per company standards. </li><li>License Management: Oversee Microsoft licensing strategy, procurement, assignment, and optimization. </li><li>Helpdesk Support: Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues-both remotely and deskside. </li><li>CMDB Oversight: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Configuration Management Database for IT asset tracking. </li><li>Change Management: Participate in change control activities, documentation, and execution in accordance with ITIL best practices. </li><li>Security & Patch Management: Apply system/application patches, prioritize vulnerabilities using frameworks like CVSS, and formulate patch strategies. </li><li>Compliance & Standards: Support ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3 compliance efforts through adherence to IT policies and procedures. </li><li>Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain IT documentation including configurations, SOPs, and change logs to support audit preparedness. </li><li>Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor interactions, service escalations, and monitor SLA compliance. </li><li>Reporting & Metrics: Produce monthly IT operations reports, analyze data, and present to management to drive informed decisions. </li><li>Automation & Efficiency: Identify repetitive IT tasks and implement automation solutions to streamline operations. </li><li>Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance collaboration and improve tech-enabled workflows. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration, endpoint management, or related technical support roles. </li><li>U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. </li><li>Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Intune. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks, patch management, and security best practices. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (not required). </li><li>Interest or experience in national security, cybersecurity, or government services. </li><li>Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially Generative AI, and a desire to explore their use in secure enterprise environments. </li><li>Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3. </li><li>Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python). </li></ul> <p>A Place Where You Belong:</p> <p>At the heart of our organization lies a set of five core values that guide every facet of our work.
