Guided by our values of integrity, respect, accountability and excellence, we use leading science and technology to move fiber-based packaging forward.</p> <p>WILL START ON A DAY SHIFT 8A-4P OVERTIME OR WEEKENDS AS NEEDED</p> <p>THIS IS NEW FACILITY WILL BE TRAINED AFTER INSTALLATION AND WILL THEN GO TO A 12HR SHIFT AM OR PM 2,2,3 SCHEDULE</p> <p>GREAT BENEFITS</p> <p>FULL TIME</p> <p>VETERANS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY</p> <p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Manually fold each bag according to size and packaging, following current product line standards. </li><li>Complete the MES to assign a machine and lane. </li><li>Visually inspect the bags at various control points and remove bags with defects based on the Defect Library reference. </li><li>Monitor the count of packed bags. </li><li>Identify the number of the first and last bags and check the number of bags per container. </li><li>Stop the machine if a defect persists on a lane. </li><li>Replace your colleague during breaks. </li><li>Assist the driver in removing mobile containers or boxes. </li><li>Comply with guidelines regarding quality, food hygiene and safety, occupational health and safety, and the environment. Clean the entire workstation in accordance with instructions. </li><li>Assist the driver in turning and changing reels. </li><li>Empty the boom when changing materials or adjusting settings while the machine is not in operation. </li><li>Manually insert caps/necks in the event of a machine malfunction, after receiving on-the-job training. </li><li>Perform immersion tests. </li><li>Carry out sorting operations for customer returns or defects observed online. </li><li>Ensure proper management of the sorting production order (scanning of mobile containers and entering information into the MES) </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will have</p> <ul> <li>Cautious </li><li>Ability to concentrate </li><li>Available and willing </li><li>Team player </li><li>Ability to make suggestions </li><li>Strictly adheres to instructions (site security, hygiene and food safety regulations, quality) </li><li>Can read, write, and count </li><li>Must be familiar with the packaging of each type of wineskin. </li><li>Must be aware of all cases of visual defects. </li><li>Must be able to complete product labels (traceability) </li><li>Can convey clear and precise instructions </li><li>Has the ability to explain actions and instructions </li><li>Has the necessary authorization to carry out their duties </li><li>Can apply and enforce physical safety, hygiene, and food safety instructions with vigilance </li><li>Masters flashing operations and understands the consequences of errors </li><li>Is able to multitask across several activities </li><li>Participate/assist in emptying the giraffes and repacking them, ensuring proper identification of materials (requires authorization) </li></ul> <p>Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.</p> <p>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.</p>
