Be the difference.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Provide support to the clinical team in order to optimize quality and efficiency of patient care.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Be the difference.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists therapists with patient care by transporting patients, assisting with a patient's personal care needs and monitoring the patient's condition and reporting status to appropriate individual.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares the rehab environment for patient care by cleaning and organizing treatment area and stocking area with necessary supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists therapist with patient transfers, bed positioning and exercise prescription, utilizing safe body mechanics and proper technique as instructed.</p> </li><li> <p>Functions as a team member who supports and collaborates well with others.
