<p>About the Internship:</p> <p>This paid internship program is unique to Chick-fil-A Appleton and embodies our desire to train and develop leaders in the community around us. Participants will learn valuable skills in leading, serving, community, and business.</p> <p>Desired Outcomes:</p> <ul> <li>Serve on a team: You will experience setting goals, creating culture, solving problems, and growing community. </li><li>Lead a team: You will learn how to lead others in one-on-one and in team settings through formal leading sessions, performance feedback, leadership meetings, formal training, and reading and podcast assignments. </li><li>Be part of a community: You will be committed to finding ways to grow Chick-fil-A in the community. </li><li>Succeed as a Leader: This program is meant to launch you into any career, in which you can lead well and have a positive impact on those around you. </li></ul> <p>Work Experiences:</p> <ul> <li>Team Member Training (50% of your time). The goal of team member training is to build your skills so you are able to support and lead your team. </li><li>Shift Leader Training (Up to 25% of your time). Leadership is a foundation at our restaurant. If you can lead yourself and others well, you will be more successful. </li><li>Coordinator/Director Rotations (Up to 25% of your time).
