<p>Summary of the Role:</p> <p>The Material Handler's responsibility is to ensure that the Service PLUS Center materials are accurately handled. These tasks include receipt, pick and pack of goods, delivery and pick up of goods, and other basic warehouse functions.</p> <p>Tasks and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders </li><li>Basic customer service skills </li><li>Ability to lift or move heavy products </li><li>Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures </li><li>Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or some college preferred </li><li>1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent </li><li>Customer service experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with ISO 9001 </li><li>6S familiarity a plus </li><li>Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
