<p>Starting Pay - $57, 800</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Food & Beverage Supervisor - Starbucks is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the coffee shop and supporting other F&B outlets as needed. This role ensures exceptional guest service, supervises staff performance, and maintains operational standards in alignment with Starbucks brand standards and company goals .</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Reports to the F&B Operations Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Directly supervises baristas and supports other F&B outlets as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures consistent quality of service, cleanliness, and product presentation in the outlet.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains inventory levels and coordinates with purchasing for supplies and products.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports promotional activities and seasonal offerings in collaboration with F&B leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides hands-on leadership during peak hours and special events.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as a liaison between staff and management to ensure smooth communication and operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports other outlets (restaurants, bars, etc.) as needed based on business demands.</p> </li></ul> <p>ADMINISTRATIVE & LEADERSHIP</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains accurate records of attendance, performance, and incidents.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in team meetings and contributes to operational improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts interviews and hiring for outlet.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with onboarding and training of new team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Promotes a positive work environment and team culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports departmental goals and budget adherence.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous hospitality or customer service experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of coffee shop operations pr barista experience, including product knowledge, inventory control, and guest service standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Support Gaming License.</p> </li><li> <p>Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations applicable to F&B operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of food safety, OSHA, and local health regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Work environment includes coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and casino floor settings.</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to varied temperatures, noise, and lighting conditions.</p> </li></ul> <p>NOTE</p> <p>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
