<p>Posted on date on 04/28/2025</p> <p>Invitation to Bid</p> <p>Crossroads Health Early Head Start/Head Start Program is currently seeking proposals for</p> <p>Dietician/Nutrition services for Early Head Start/Head Start Program Year ending 6/30/2026.</p> <p>Request for Proposal information will be available beginning at 9:00 a.m. on April 28, 2025 and</p> <p>can be picked up at Crossroads Health Early Childhood Services, 1083 Mentor Avenue,</p> <p>Painesville, Ohio 44077, or by calling (440) 358-7370. Responses to this RFP are due no later</p> <p>than 11:00 a.m. on May 19, 2025 at 1083 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio 44077. Two (2)</p> <p>copies of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Crossroads</p> <p>Health Early Head Start Supportive Services: Attention Shannon Vocca". All proposals will be</p> <p>opened at that time.
