We focus on building confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, play-based education.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers</p> </li><li> <p>Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum using play-based learning</p> </li><li> <p>Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with families and teammates</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate daily with parents about milestones and classroom activities</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive, high-quality learning environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred</p> </li><li> <p>At least 6 months of childcare, daycare, or preschool experience (1 year preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)</p> </li><li> <p>CPR and First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet all Michigan childcare licensing requirements</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
