<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced transformation lead to be a part of the Data, Analytics and Reporting Strategy & Execution team. This role involves driving the execution of the DAR transformation roadmap, managing strategic projects, and developing frameworks to assess risks associated with reports and analytics deliverables. The successful candidate will partner with finance to track efficiency opportunities, help drive the people and culture agenda for DAR and establish a robust continuous learning program for all DAR members. Critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships and influence positive outcomes with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for Data, Analytics & Reporting.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management </li><li>Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions </li><li>Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational </li><li>Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans </li><li>Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership </li><li>Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Project Management/ Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment </li><li>Strong Change Management / Program Management expertise (PMP certification or eqv.) </li><li>Training development background to drive closure of the skills gap as well as promoting a continuous learning culture </li><li>Knowledge of various data/analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools </li><li>Proven self-motivated and comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborate teams </li><li>7+ years' experience working within the Financial Services Industry </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding the financial services industry </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work a hybrid model </li><li>This role is not open to relocation </li><li>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship </li></ul> <p>Posting End Date:</p> <p>9 Jul 2025</p> <ul> <li>Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants. </li></ul> <p>We Value Equal Opportunity</p> <p>Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
