<p>Job#: 3028311</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Top Must-Haves: </li><li>Hands-on experience administering and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as the system of record for enterprise assets, including hardware and software </li><li>Proven ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on CMDB administration, configuration, and ongoing accuracy of configuration items (CIs) </li><li>Experience creating, scheduling, and managing automated discovery processes to identify infrastructure, servers, hardware, and installed software across the network </li><li>Strong background in normalizing, reconciling, and maintaining CMDB data accuracy across multiple source systems </li><li>Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with external systems and data sources to ingest and synchronize asset information </li><li>Ability to track, update, and maintain detailed asset records for enterprise environments, including servers, PCs, branch devices, and associated software </li><li>Experience ensuring CMDB data completeness and reliability by validating discovered data against known systems and inventories </li></ul> <p>Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
