<p>Kforce has a top ranked financial services client that is seeking an IT Systems Compliance Audit (GRC) Associate in Boston, MA. This position is scheduled as hybrid 2-3 days a week in office.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry regulations and best practices </li><li>Lead regular cyber risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and supporting mitigation strategies </li><li>Assist the CISO in preparing quarterly board reports </li><li>Serve as a liaison with global partners in Legal, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Enterprise Risk </li><li>Monitor and report on cybersecurity program effectiveness using KPIs and metrics </li><li>Stay current on cybersecurity trends and regulatory changes, supporting timely updates </li><li>Manage relationships with external cyber auditors and internal compliance teams* BS in Computer Science, Information Security, Audit or Compliance or equivalent experience </li><li>Certified Governance Risk & Compliance (CGRC) required within 1 year of employment </li><li>1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry </li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges and regulatory requirements </li><li>Ability to build strong relationships across business units </li><li>Goal-driven, accountable, and collaborative </li><li>Comfortable working across global time zones and committed to ethical practices and transparency </li><li>Self-starter who anticipates and addresses issues proactively </li></ul>
