Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Deploy routers, switches, wireless controllers, and other network equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to new infrastructure with minimal downtime.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation phases to manage timelines and dependencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform network testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance and security standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configuration, and deployment processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot complex network issues during and after implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all network deployments adhere to company policies and industry best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training and handoff to network operations teams post-deployment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Must be able to available to go onsite to the client office in Lakeland, FL at minimum 2-3 days per week.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of experience in networking domain</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies, and WAN/LAN.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge on IPSec VPNs & VRFs</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Understanding SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
