Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.</p> <p>Selected candidate will perform as Program Control Lead on the Stormbreaker contract, leading Program Performance Management (PPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) activities; Will support Control Account Managers (CAMs) and conduct analysis of financial data in order to provide information to the management team to enable sound business decisions, as well as overseeing customer reporting via required CDRLs. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to providing daily leadership and guidance to the program and ensuring compliance to command media specifically focused on program performance management and reporting as well as in the development and maintenance of program baselines and EACs. The financial reporting lead will have a key role in the Risk & Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) by evaluating the financial impacts of risks and opportunities to ensure accuracy of the EAC.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to provide mentorship </li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree </li><li>Ability to work with Earned Value Management (EVM) </li><li>Working knowledge of various Finance functions (i.e. EVM or contract or estimating or planning or FP&A or anything else finance related, etc.) </li><li>Experience developing presentation packages and presenting to senior leadership </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office products </li><li>U.S. Citizenship Requirement </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Hands on experience in EVMS and associated tools (Cobra, wInsight, etc.) </li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change </li><li>Prior project/team leadership experience including the ability to develop presentations and brief senior leadership on status </li><li>Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills </li><li>Full Government Reporting (IPMDAR) experience </li><li>Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years or more of professional experience with a related Masters degree. </li><li>Current TS/ SCI clearance </li><li>Working knowledge and application of EVMS principles in program financial reporting (IPMDAR) </li><li>Leadership in the development of program analysts </li><li>Experience with EVM System Implementation Guidelines, as well as EV cost tools and DCMA </li></ul> <p>Data Driven Metrics (DDMs)</p> <ul> <li>Experience with DCMA Compliance and/or Surveillance Reviews </li><li>Ability to analyze variances to determine root causes and corrective actions </li><li>Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret Program EVM Metrics </li><li>Proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.</p> <p>Clearance Level: TS/SCI</p> <p>Other Important Information You Should Know</p> <p>Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
