The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.</p> <p>Duties</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. </li><li>Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. </li><li>Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment. </li><li>Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in compliance with health and safety regulations. </li><li>Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively. </li><li>Respond to custodial requests from staff or management in a timely manner. </li><li>Uphold high standards of cleanliness in both public and private spaces, including restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. </li><li>Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. </li><li>Experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting can be beneficial. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong communication skills are essential. </li><li>Knowledge of safe handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and materials is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Join us in creating a clean and welcoming environment for everyone!</p>
