<p>Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Tech to join our team! In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monday - Friday</p> </li><li> <p>Days between 7:30 - 8:45 am to 4:00 - 5:15 pm</p> </li><li> <p>Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or GED (effective April 7, 2025. No high school diploma/GED required prior to this date for job entry).</p> </li><li> <p>2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience</p> </li><li> <p>Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7, 2025; not required if hired prior to this date).</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:</p> </li><li> <p>Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions</p> </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: </li><li>Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience </li></ul> <p>or</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification </li><li>Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p>
