Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion. </li><li>Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. </li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. </li><li>Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources.
