This position will maintain and grow a body of qualified students at Clarkson College through the recruitment and enrollment of students based on the goals of the College, Enrollment and Advising department and the College's Strategic Enrollment Management plan. This position is responsible for inquiry management, outreach to applicants, maintaining student records and actively participating in college recruiting events.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of one (1) year experience in student services, admissions, or recruitment required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, required. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), required </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or Student Information System (SIS), preferred. </li></ul> <p>Working at Clarkson College means making a commitment to teaching and developing future health care leaders.
