<p>Test Article Coordinator</p> <p>Labcorp is seeking a Test Article Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI.</p> <p>Work Schedule: 1st shift</p> <p>Pay: $23/hr.</p> <p>As a Test Article Coordinator, your work will focus on ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and integrity of test articles (drug formulations, animal feedings and formulations) and study materials for preclinical animal research studies</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage test articles and samples - receiving, shipping, labeling, storing, transferring, tracking, disposal, and inventory reconciliation.</p> </li><li> <p>Review shipping documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate retrieval and return of study materials and documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate client inventory records.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and communicate discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Support internal customer requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Help maintain GLP-compliant storage environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in on-call rotation for storage-unit alarms.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other operational duties.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or related life sciences</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with internal/external customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Strong excel skills including creating of worksheets, use of pivot tables and formulas</p> </li><li> <p>1 or more years following detailed SOPs for research or laboratory work</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>BS Degree (Life Science)</p> </li><li> <p>1 or more years interfacing and providing updates to internal and external customers in lab or research environment</p> </li><li> <p>1 or more years of documentation in laboratory or research environment</p> </li><li> <p>1 or more years of shipping and tracking laboratory samples</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Standards</p> <ul> <li> <p>Comfortable working with data and samples from preclinical animal research</p> </li><li> <p>Overtime required</p> </li><li> <p>On-call rotation every 4-6 weeks</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.?Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
