<p>DEPARTMENT: TSLOTS</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Operator Level 1 (Parts Room)</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain</p> <p>SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Monday - Friday</p> <p>6 am - 3 pm</p> <p>STARTING WAGE: $17/hr.</p> <p>Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our TSLOTS team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Operating various types of machinery and tools including (but not limited to): </li><li>Brake and drill presses </li><li>Hand tools </li><li>Punch and I.D, 7.0-to-7.5-ton presses </li><li>Process customer orders </li><li>Maintain and participate in monthly inventory audits </li><li>Coordinate shipping schedules with fabrication team </li><li>Assist fabrication team in assembly and completion of orders </li><li>Inspect material before and after fabricating to check for quality </li><li>Moving material to and from Warehouse </li><li>Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions </li><li>Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to speak, read, and write English (Spanish helpful) </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads </li><li>Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers). </li><li>Maintain excellent attendance </li><li>Ability to work with little to no supervision </li><li>Able to work overtime, as needed </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Pass company background and drug screening </li></ul> <p>What You'll Love About Us:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Life Insurance </li><li>Matched 401k </li><li>Paid Vacation </li></ul>
