<p>As the Data Science Manager on our Analytics Solutions team, you'll lead a group of talented data scientists and will play a key role in shaping how we use advanced analytics to solve real business problems-especially in areas like workforce planning, marketing strategy, and organizational change. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of data scientists focused on workforce analytics </li><li>Translate raw data into insights using modeling, machine learning, and visualization </li><li>Build scalable data solutions in partnership with engineering teams </li><li>Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences </li><li>Drive experimentation and adoption of new tools and techniques </li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders </li></ul> <p>Basic qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience </li><li>4 years in data science, including 3 years of applied experience </li><li>3 years experience with SQL, Python, and R </li><li>3 years experience with ARIMA (time series forecasting), Regression Techniques (linear, tree-based), and Classification Models (binary, multiclass) </li><li>3 years experience with Jira or ADO experience </li><li>Experience with big data tools and visualization platforms </li><li>2 years of direct people leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline </li><li>Experience in Clustering (k-means, DBSCAN), Simulation / Optimization, and Google Cloud Platform </li><li>Experience in workforce or HR analytics </li><li>Hands-on work with simulation, optimization, and predictive modeling </li><li>Familiarity with Vertex AI and cloud-based data platforms </li><li>Leadership experience with cross-functional or distributed teams </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
