If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for our open positions and become a part of our team.</p> <p>This position is for a 1st Shift Quality Monitor at our facility in Charlotte, NC.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>Examine the product to customer requirements/specifications in relating to printing visual appearance and converting structural functions. </li><li>Conduct sampling </li><li>Demonstrate clear understanding of quality procedures and safety awareness. </li><li>Communicate information to respective customers and generate reports upon request. </li><li>Review non-conforming material to meet customer specifications. </li><li>Complete the required standardized forms as required by Quality Management System (QMS). </li><li>Perform visual comparator analysis checks. </li><li>Input information into batch records to reflect document defects for customer review. </li><li>Randomly sample products based on company and/or customer requirements for evaluation. </li><li>Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipping. </li><li>All other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of Quality inspection experience in manufacturing required. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of packaging manufacturing environment experience preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures a plus. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to prioritize </li><li>Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) </li><li>Technical Capacity. </li><li>Organizational Skills. </li><li>Problem Solving/Analytical. </li><li>Time Management. </li><li>Initiative. </li><li>Multitasking </li><li>Detailed and deadline oriented. </li></ul> <p>Our Offer</p> <p>We offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
