Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The State Farm Alliance Business Banking Program Lead is responsible for leading and growing the Business Banking component of U.S. Bank's strategic alliance with State Farm. This role owns overall program strategy, execution, and performance, while serving as a trusted senior partner to State Farm and internal stakeholders.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of dynamic sales, relationship analyst, and product professionals via motivating leadership and rigorous people management. </li><li>Set the strategy and goals for the business banking program and activate partners and teams to deliver against it. Including program P&L performance management, and annual new and portfolio account, balance, and loan growth goals. </li><li>Partner with business banking product and strategy teams to ensure value props, product offers, and pricing support the needs of the alliance. Including approval on unique offers for State Farm agents and their business. </li><li>Partner with marketing teams to execute strategies and campaigns that drive program growth targets. </li><li>Deliver new account growth by optimizing performance across State Farm agent, direct marketing, and digital channels. </li><li>Partner with business banking sales teams in-footprint to deliver an effective sales strategy rooted in building relationships with agents and driving program growth. </li><li>Manages a Business Banking sales team with a focus on building relationships with State Farm agents and driving program growth in out-of-footprint markets. </li><li>Partner with the Alliance Business Banking team and agent support team to drive Small Business sales strategy, client interaction model, and servicing support strategy. </li><li>Lead the relationship with State Farm by being a trusted partner with hyper focus on balancing needs and creating outcomes. </li><li>Oversight and delivery of weekly and monthly performance reports, and quarterly Executive Committee updates delivered to U.S. Bank and State Farm senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Leadership Profile</p> <p>This role requires a high degree of professional acumen and executive presence, with regular interaction with senior leaders at both U.S. Bank and State Farm.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Bring deep expertise in financial services, with a strong preference for Business Banking experience. </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex partnerships, and build trusted relationships quickly. </li><li>Exhibit strong strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a results-oriented leadership style. </li><li>Be comfortable operating in a highly visible role with significant accountability and external partnership responsibility. </li></ul> <p>If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00</p> <p>U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
