Encourage active participation and age-appropriate social interactions. Develop friendly and respectful relationships with families from diverse backgrounds. Implement weekly lesson plans as directed by the Lead Teacher. Assist with data collection on growth, development, and learning. Identify, document, and report suspected child abuse and neglect as required by law. All YMCA employees are mandated reporters of child abuse or neglect.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Able to regularly lift and move up to 50lbs. Sound perception at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Able to orally instruct and communicate.</p>
