<p>Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.</p> <p>Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst to join our growing team!</p> <p>The Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst responsible for the overall marketing process for assigned customers. Marketing Analyst will analyze marketing research information to create innovative solutions that fit both customer and carrier insurance requirements. Prepares and presents insurance proposals for both existing and prospective clients. Commonly negotiates offered coverage, pricing, and manages the bidding process with carrier partners. Works directly with designated Account Team to ensure that all aspects of the marketing and service process are managed efficiently, accurately, and professionally.</p> <p>How You Will Contribute</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze market trends to design and implement innovative strategies for sales teams and clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Research and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting materials for client and internal use.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and develop new markets, methods, and business opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead negotiation of coverages and pricing while managing the carrier bidding process.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the renewal process by preparing and releasing RFPs, gathering claims data, and reviewing carrier quotes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to finalize marketing strategies and customer presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams and carrier partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate recordkeeping and up-to-date data across systems and files.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to all emails within 24 hours to support team efficiency and responsiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on industry developments and pursue ongoing professional growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties may be assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Tennessee Life and Health License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment) </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience to Be Successful:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years' prior broker experience working with large employers with 100+</p> </li><li> <p>Prior broker experiences working with large employers with 1,000 or more (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with MS Office & Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional telephone demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a prominent level of confidentiality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>$75,000 - $75,000 Annual</p> <p>The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.</p> <p>Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being</p> <p>We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:</p> <ul> <li>Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance </li><li>Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services </li><li>Beyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. </li></ul> <p>Not reflective of all benefits.
