The City does not participate in social security.</p> <p>CalPERS Tier Definition - MOU INTERPRETATION OF CALPERS TIERS</p> <p>Medical:</p> <p>CalPERS Medical Insurance Plans, including HMOs and PPOs. City gives an allowance toward the cost of insurance.
