This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a solid understanding of financial services workflows and compliance requirements.</p> <p>You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of Redpoint-based solutions, mentoring development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, data-driven marketing and customer experience initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Architect and lead the design and implementation of Redpoint Interaction solutions across multiple financial products and services. </li><li>Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions. </li><li>Oversee the development of customer journeys, segmentation logic, and real-time decisioning strategies. </li><li>Integrate Redpoint with enterprise systems (CRM, data lakes, compliance tools, analytics platforms). </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, data engineering, and marketing. </li><li>Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers and implementation teams. </li><li>Establish best practices for performance optimization, data governance, and deployment automation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with 3+ years in Redpoint Interaction or similar platforms. </li><li>Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex implementations in financial services. </li><li>Strong command of SQL, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. </li><li>Experience with API integrations, real-time data orchestration, and customer data platforms (CDPs). </li><li>Deep understanding of financial compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, FINRA). </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Redpoint Data Management (RDM) or similar data orchestration tools. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps practices. </li><li>Background in wealth management, retail banking, or insurance platforms. </li><li>Exposure to customer analytics, personalization engines, or AI-driven marketing tools. </li></ul> <p>Life at Capgemini:</p> <p>Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
