Your role will focus on optimizing performance and ensuring high reliability of all equipment through continuous improvement strategies and team leadership.</p> <p>About the Job:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment at Littelfuse.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, guide, and mentor a team of equipment engineers and technicians.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive equipment reliability and efficiency through structured process improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage equipment-related projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support and maintain accurate documentation on equipment performance and maintenance.</p> </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field; Master's degree is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>5-10 years of experience in equipment management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership and project management experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with cleanroom environments, SPC, and diagnostic tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and various OS platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Relevant certifications and/or military experience in electronics or engineering fields are a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
