This position leads, delivers and leverages analytics to unlock the strategic pricing value of each of our brands within the Frozen Handheld & Spreads (FH&S) portfolio through optimizing our Mix, Packs and Promotional Strategies and execution.</p> <p>Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)</p> <p>Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models across all elements of the mix to uncover mutual growth opportunities across the FH&S portfolio</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver RGM Analysis and align with cross functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Create hypotheses that will enable revenue growth over a 3-5 year horizon</p> </li><li> <p>Partner on pricing and trade strategies for innovation and seasonal items</p> </li><li> <p>Support the creation of execution plans and selling stories</p> </li><li> <p>Support RGM team leadership in strategically influencing across the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools</p> </li><li> <p>Identify key areas of opportunity for stakeholder management and recommend plan to address</p> </li><li> <p>Derive insights from analysis and research</p> </li><li> <p>Create advanced analytical models to optimize growth</p> </li><li> <p>Fully understand how the consumer, shopper, customer and JMS all benefit from our work</p> </li></ul> <p>The Right Place for You</p> <p>We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
