We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer | Full-Time Benefits Available!</p> <p>Competitive Pay | Career Growth Opportunities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact in our Leasing Office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests. </li><li>Assist in leasing apartments by conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospects through the application process. </li><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures. </li><li>Manage lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of resident interactions, leasing reports, and property activity to support management decisions. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. </li><li>Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and a positive community atmosphere. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Preferably 1 year of leasing or customer service experience. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects. </li><li>Proficiency in office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and answering telephones. </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Outstanding organizational and time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be in good physical condition with the ability to move around the property frequently. </li><li>Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, for inspections and apartment showings. </li><li>Lift a minimum of 60 lbs. when necessary for office upkeep and supply management. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At RichSmith Management, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:</p> <p>?
