This role is critical in driving management and performance reporting, analyzing key business drivers, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Business partner to the commercial team with customer reporting, sales rep performance, daily sales tracking, while also driving margin improvement through pricing and margin analysis. </li><li>Business partner to the operations team with cost reduction initiatives, production order variance analysis, margin trends, and P&L estimation and forecasting. </li><li>Model and present financial data to senior leadership, highlighting key business insights. </li><li>Identify and implement reporting and process improvements, including automation opportunities leveraging ERP environments in both SAP and B1. </li><li>Lead and support continuous improvement of financial reporting systems. </li><li>Assist in developing forecasts and the annual operating plan (AOP). </li><li>Actively engage in the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations. </li><li>Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred. </li><li>3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience. </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills. </li><li>Proven ability to work independently with a sense of urgency. </li><li>Experience driving process improvements with measurable outcomes. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel </li><li>Experience with SAP preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. </li><li>Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed. </li><li>Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred. </li></ul> <p>This person should be:</p> <ul> <li>Analytical: Strong business acumen with expertise in data mining and financial modeling. </li><li>Detail-oriented and organized. </li><li>Curious: Challenges assumptions and seeks the story behind the numbers. </li><li>A problem solver: Passionate about solving business puzzles. </li><li>Self-motivated: Takes initiative and works independently. </li><li>A multi-tasker: Effectively manages multiple priorities through personal initiative. </li><li>A collaborative business partner: Builds cross-functional relationships across the organization </li></ul> <p>#films1</p>
