<p>Village Behavioral Health is looking to add a full-time Residential Dayshift Supervisor to our team! We are a residential treatment facility providing services to children and adolescents 9-17 struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. Located in a unique wilderness setting at the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains just 20 minutes outside of Knoxville, TN.</p> <p>Residential Nightshift Supervisor</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>Village Behavioral Health is a psychiatric residential treatment center that offers a full spectrum of treatment options for children and adolescents ages 9-17. A uniqueness of Village Behavioral Health is that we use nature as part of our therapeutic process. We are nestled in Louisville, TN right on the Tennessee River spread out over 65 wooded acres.</p> <p>Pay Range: Starting rate $19.09/hour plus $2.00 shift differential Friday-Sunday</p> <p>Schedule: 7am-7apm with rotating weekends</p> <p>Purpose of the Position:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the well-being and safety of patients and provide a positive, supportive and structured environment, under the direction of the Program Director </li><li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority. </li><li>Engage with the patient in activities and interactions designed to encourage the achievement of treatment goals </li><li>Respond to the distressed patient in a non-threatening manner and attempt to understand the source of distress by utilizing de-escalation techniques to help manage the patient's emotions, behavior, and participation in treatment and assist with seclusion and restraint when necessary </li><li>Monitor behavioral improvements and reinforce these behaviors. Report changes and responses to treatment by communicating with the team.
