<p>Overview</p> <p>Pepsico is looking for Azure Data Engineer to join S/4 transformation team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building and managing cloud-based data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.</p> <p>As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines from multiple sources like S/4 , SAP BW , Teradata , external cloud sources as well as optimizing data processes for business applications, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.</p> <p>This resource will support PGT and PIRT S/4 migration along with work in take from EDF . S/4 migration timeline is aggresive so we would like to see person who is driver who can deliver on timeline</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Take the lead in designing, developing, and implementing data lake solutions for S/4 Hana using Azure. </li><li>Utilize experience with SAP BW, native Hana, BW/4HANA, Teradata, and various ETL and data ingestion technologies. </li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting all project requirements and adhering to enterprise architecture standards. </li><li>Lead data lake projects and resources, including driving innovation through initiatives like adopting technologies such as Databricks, Presto, Denodo, Azure Data Factory, SAP DataSphere, database encryption, and facilitating rapid experimentation. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.</p> </li><li> <p>Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.</p> </li><li> <p>Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.</p> </li><li> <p>In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10 + years of overall technology experience that includes at least 6+ years of Hands-on experience in working with Azure Cloud and its components like Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Flows, Presto , Azure Databricks and Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Fabric. </li><li>6+ years of experience with Data Warehousing - S/4 Hana , ADLS, Teradata/SQL and Data Analytics tools. Skilled in preparing complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data loading. </li><li>Good understanding of SAP business processes and master data </li><li>Experience with SAP BW, native Hana, BW/4HANA, Teradata, and various ETL and data ingestion technologies. </li><li>4+ years of experience in SQL optimization and performance tuning, and development experience in programming languages like Python, PySpark, Scala etc.). </li><li>4+ years in cloud data engineering experience in Azure. </li><li>IBP - Demand planning , IBP Supply chain experience is plus. </li><li>Fluent with Azure cloud services.
