<p>Job Title: Print Production Specialist - Level 3 Location: Raleigh, NC Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: 5:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday) Pay: $19.57 - $20.29 Essential Functions: Operate digital, high-volume, and color production equipment to meet customer requirements Serve as point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log incoming print jobs Perform routine and defined production tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Operate finishing equipment including paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers, and folding/inserting mail equipment Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after each production run Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to meet delivery and output requirements Clean and perform operator-level maintenance on production and office equipment Process forms, update information, and maintain reporting logs for billing and tracking Estimate, schedule, and track production jobs to ensure timely completion Optimize document design for print quality and reproduction, including inspection of fonts, resolution, and formatting Sort, scan, and convert hardcopy materials into digital formats as required Manage file storage, backup, and retrieval for future reuse Integrate variable data files into print templates Collect meter reads and coordinate service requests with vendors as needed Provide minimal training and support to end-users on equipment and processes Engage third-party vendors (including Xerox and others) for supplies and service support Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds as required Support a secondary client location approximately 5 miles away on a very limited basis (approximately four times per year) Skills: Proficiency with PC operations including keyboard, mouse, file navigation, and networked devices Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including: Creating spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic graphs Importing/exporting data and embedding files Moving data between applications Ability to send/receive emails, manage documents, and perform accurate data entry Familiarity with web browsers and printing to networked devices Basic math skills including multiplication, division, and percentages Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Demonstrated professionalism, business maturity, and customer service orientation Ability to coach and mentor peers when needed Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or print production environment Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Post-secondary technology training or equivalent work experience (required) This role requires driving your own personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursed. Valid driver's license required. No more than one moving violation in the past three years. Driving and overtime are very limited. Overtime may occur approximately once per month and is voluntary. Occasional support at a secondary nearby client location may be required, though a peer may fulfill this responsibility. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
