<p>McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Medical Receptionist for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include: maintaining desk activities, including greeting, scheduling and instructing of patients and visitors, use multi-line telephone system, including answering and screening calls with additional duties of scheduling outside testing and referrals</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED or HiSET. </li></ul> <p>Days: Monday - Friday</p> <p>Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Prefer one year experience, preferably in a medical office setting. </li><li>Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment. </li><li>Receptionist experience preferred but not required. </li><li>Keyboard and computer experience. </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>McFarland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
