<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods and guidelines. Oversee and manage all shift operations to achieve agreed KPIs. </li><li>Ensure proper application of methods, guidelines and procedures to achieve KPIs agreed. </li><li>Contribute to or ensure fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders. </li><li>Confirm or approve production orders and allocate own operations resources accordingly. </li><li>Ensure availability of production infrastructure (i.e. availability of tools, maintenance services, set up operations, etc.). </li><li>Propose procedural or organizational changes in order to contribute to improvements in QCD. </li><li>Direct personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal and safety procedures. </li><li>Direct routine equipment set-up and maintenance and check for accomplishment. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering or related field. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (electrical preferred). </li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies. </li><li>Strong leadership skills. </li><li>Excellent communication ability (written & verbal). </li><li>Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results. </li><li>Continuous improvement approach. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and make decisions. </li><li>External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship. </li></ul> <p>Our Offering</p> <ul> <li> <p>Medical, dental and vision insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match</p> </li><li> <p>Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits</p> </li></ul>
