<p>This is a leadership position that guides and directs the work of other security guards. The Lead Security Guard is a key point of contact for incidents and emergencies, coordinating responses and deploying resources to ensure timely and effective action. The role also involves maintaining detailed records and fostering a strong working relationship with external law enforcement and emergency services.</p> <p>NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license.</p> <ul> <li>Responds to incidents and performs CPR and first aid procedures as needed. </li><li>Prevents guests from entering premises with prohibited items. </li><li>Coordinates with other departments to provide security resources and ensures adequate coverage. </li><li>Deploys resources to ensure timely responses to all calls and required follow-ups. </li><li>Coordinates and responds calmly and quickly in emergencies. </li><li>Maintains a working relationship with local law enforcement, fire, and safety departments. </li><li>Creates and maintains detailed written reports of incidents and reviews and edits reports completed by other personnel. </li><li>Assists in managing employee key access and runs relevant reports. </li><li>Ensures compliance with age requirements and policies by checking guest identification. </li><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years of security or law enforcement experience. </li><li>State of Oklahoma Council of Law Enforcement, Education, and Training (CLEET) armed security guard license is required. </li><li>A Cherokee Nation Armed Security Officer license is required. </li><li>Working knowledge of firearms, defensive tactics, and surveillance video systems. </li><li>Ability to pass a CNE security-approved custody control and weapons training. </li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>The ability to obtain and maintain a license from the appropriate gaming authority. </li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. </li></ul>
