Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>This includes defining solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert proficiency in React.js is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture, Angular, Angular UI, and Operational Architecture is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance user experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve system performance and user satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that architectural decisions align with business goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years of User Experience (UX) Design experience</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma / GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
