<p>The Opportunity</p> <p>The Live Graphics Operator position is responsible for creating and executing graphic elements during live sports and in arena productions with a real time graphic system.</p> <p>In This Role You Will</p> <ul> <li>The Graphics Operator is responsible for the creation, design of graphic, and graphic templates in an accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Compose graphics, and operate a real time graphic device during event or live on-air productions while maintaining high quality work and technical standards. </li><li>Work as a team-member with other crew. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>The Experience You Will Bring</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED completed. </li><li>At least two years of experience with on-air graphic design and operation a within production house, TV station, ad agency, or live remote sports production environment </li><li>Must have experience and ability to create graphics within a broadcast systems such as Chyron Hego Duet, VZRT, Pinnacle and or Ross XPression systems (Ross Xpression preferred) </li><li>Knowledge and use of RTD, Datalinq and RSS elements within a design templates in one of the above systems. </li><li>Additional background with Photoshop and 3D Animation programs needed </li><li>Strong understanding of graphic design and on air application in a sports environment. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, live environment </li><li>Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts </li><li>Possess the ability to organize information in an easy to understand format </li><li>Excellent communication and organizaitonal skills </li><li>Ability to work holidays, weekends and nights. </li><li>Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines </li><li>Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and the Internet </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and passion for NBA basketball </li><li>College degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Radio TV/Film production or Communication, or equivalent relevant work experience. </li><li>Knowledge of Ross Talk. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>At the Memphis Grizzlies, we strive to provide a fun, diverse, and rewarding work environment for all team members.
