Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Implement and supervise physical exercise programs for patients.</p> <ul> <li>Provide patient testing and assessment before and after rehabilitation. </li><li>Plan and teach exercise therapy for patients utilizing test data, patient status and current medication regimen. </li><li>Monitor patient's response and revises plan accordingly. </li><li>Recognize contraindications and abnormal patient responses to exercise. </li><li>Respond appropriately to all situations including exercise cessation and referral to medical professionals. </li><li>Provide exercise information for patients, peers and the community which may include public speaking and education classes. </li><li>Ensure department equipment is properly maintained, calibrated and functioning correctly. </li><li>Prepare, develop and maintain various files, records, reports; schedule patient appointments as required. </li><li>Provide oversight to department activities in the absence of the manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
