<p>INTERIM HR BUSINESS PARTNER</p> <p>Location: Preston Brook (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite)</p> <p>Reports to: Principal HR Business Partner</p> <p>Contract Type: Fixed-Term (Until January 2027)</p> <p>Salary: Total Package £70,000</p> <p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to strengthen the HRBP team's capacity across our Group functions.</p> <p>Operating as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior leaders to enhance capability, deliver people-focused solutions, and support the implementation of key change initiatives.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded HR Business Partner who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and skilled in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Workforce Planning & Organisational Effectiveness</p> <ul> <li>Lead workforce planning activities focussing on demand, supply and gap analysis ensuring effective strategies are designed and implemented with our HR speciality hubs. </li><li>Lead organisational design initiatives, including deployment and transition planning. </li><li>Drive adoption of business unit, country, and group-level people change initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement. </li></ul> <p>Talent & Capability</p> <ul> <li>Identify talent development needs and drive succession planning in partnership with our Talent Team. </li><li>Deliver development interventions-including mentoring and coaching-to empower and enable leaders. </li><li>Collaborate with the L&D team to enhance and promote career progression pathways. </li></ul> <p>Core HR Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Deliver and embed HR core processes consistently and effectively across the business units. </li><li>Support colleague engagement activities with the central Colleague Engagement team, including analysing survey insights and guiding leaders on action planning. </li><li>Conduct total reward reviews. </li><li>Oversee complex or escalated (only) employee relations matters. </li><li>Champion effective and efficient HR operations. </li></ul> <p>ABOUT YOU</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed, or multi-site organisation. </li><li>Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and HR process delivery. </li><li>Extensive experience coaching leaders and driving behaviour change. </li><li>Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver at pace. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage high-level employee relations cases with sound judgement. </li><li>CIPD-qualified. </li></ul> <p>CORE COMPETENCIES</p> <ul> <li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. </li><li>High data literacy and analytical capability. </li><li>Relationship building and influencing skills. </li><li>Agility in leadership and change management. </li><li>Excellence in HR delivery. </li><li>Builds trust and makes an impact quickly. </li></ul> <p>INDPMS</p>
