<p>Arvato is seeking a proactive Outbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with Supervisors. In this role, you'll showcase your leadership skills by coordinating workflows, assigning and monitoring tasks for warehouse associates, tracking transactions, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the inbound department. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of daily performance while driving collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>YOUR TASKS</p> <ul> <li>Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and WMS systems </li><li>Be knowledgeable of all areas of operations and the links between them </li><li>Coordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets is met </li><li>Monitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the Supervisors </li><li>Coordinate and prepare a recovery plan for at-risk targets with Supervision </li><li>Communicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (ie, Inbound damage, missing part numbers) </li><li>Follow up on issues as needed </li><li>Work with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency </li><li>Monitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.) </li><li>Oversee personnel in a professional manner </li><li>Investigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages etc) </li><li>Assigns cycle counts as needed </li><li>Be flexible with shift hours as needed </li></ul> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <ul> <li>At least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment </li><li>Strong computer skills with experience in Excel, creating worksheets, and reviewing/reporting data </li><li>Previous experience with WMS </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Must be able to lift 60 pounds overhead </li><li>Must be able to climb and stack cartons at a height of 15 feet </li><li>Must be able to push and pull a pallet jack with a weight range of up to 1500 pounds </li><li>Work Schedule - A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM every other Saturday 6:00AM to 6:30PM (04/18/2026) </li></ul> <p>WE OFFER</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay. </li><li>401(k) with company matching up to 6%. </li><li>Paid Time Off, including paid holidays. </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts. </li><li>Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. </li><li>Employee Assistance Program. </li><li>Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. </li><li>Commuter benefits. </li><li>Employee engagement activities. </li></ul>
