Pay:#$55 - $69.00 / Hr.# Schedule:#Days, 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm (no weekends or holidays).# Responsibilities: The Nurse Practitioner will practice in collaboration with Orthopedic surgeons as direct healthcare providers.# Responsibilities include working with patients and families to coordinate the delivery of care throughout the hospitalization.# This is done by assessing, diagnosing, treating, educating and consulting through regular and/or crisis intervention.#The Orthopedic NP is responsible for completing Admissions, Discharges, Inpatient Consultations and addressing floor calls for the Orthopedic service. Procedural duties include, but are not limited to: fracture and dislocation management, aspiration and injections and wound care management Job Requirements: Current New York State license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current New York State License as an Adult, Family Nurse Practitioner or Specialty area Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in critical care nursing.
